As many of you know, I have had some recent problems with the machine I purchased last year from a company called UNITED MICRO.
It was nothing on their part, it seams there was a problem someplace in the Motherboard or CPU.
I wanted to post this here as I was truly amazed at the service I received from this company. I know this could go in the "Hardware" or "Other site" forums but wanted to post it here as it is really about people! People who are honest, helpful and professional. I am very happy with the outcome of this and recommend UNITED MICRO to anybody looking to build a high performance system or anybody who wants to deal with a professional company! In today's' times, that is hard to come by!
Below is the letter I sent to them.

I am writing you this letter, as I want to let you know how satisfied I was with my recent experience with you. Recently, a high performing machine I purchased last year was having a problem. After countless hours of trying to find the problem, I packed it up and sent it to you. The machine was just under its one-year warranty. Chris the service tech spent many hours trying to figure out the problem, as it was a tricky one. He swapped out basically every piece of hardware but to no avail, the origin of the problem could not be found. Since I use this machine for
