So do we ignore atc or just judge each atc request as we get them?
I guess the correct answer would be: depends.
If you want some help getting from here to there you can try and consult the virtual imbeciles, and then discard everything they say that in real life would be considered a catastrophic idiocy, going all the way down to cancel IFR and change COM frequency to a random one not to be nagged.
Then there are those like me, who use maps, charts and moving maps props, who prefer not to be nagged at all and never use said virtual dope smokers.
