The only 757 payware I ever used (and to make a review for a site of flight simulation at that, as I don't like that plane and sure I would not pay for it, and in that instance, to make the review, it was given to me) is the PSS and it hadn't a engine management that allowed engine overheat nor fire.
Actually the PSS 757 had probably one of the most simplified managements of the engines I ever found in a payware. The manual start-up was almost as difficult as pressing CTRL-E...
