Well spotted Hagar....never saw that.....if you are referring in your link to the program DefArea, then it is excellent for removing those pylons. roads et. which can't be removed with a normal exclude bgl










Naha was the scenery that I tried, and I did try removing Excl_1.bgl, thinking the same thing. Excl_1.bgl only removes the default scenery. (oddly enough, this part DOES work in FS9)
