Agree with the above, Lysander77. As far as I know all the default aeroplanes have a pitch setting indicator somewhere - on the default 737, for example, it's a thumbwheel, with graduations, marked 'PITCH TRIM', just to the right of the Rate of Climb gauge.
Beyond that, though, you should adjust trim by reference to what the aeroplane is doing, rather than by what any indicator shows -
