Don't blame the rules. You've over-compressed it. The file size of that image is 72.71 Kb. The forum limit is 155 Kb per image.

You should also upload all images to the site server. http://simviation.com/phpupload/phUploader.php

hmm thats wierd they were all originally 147-155 kb and yea now im going to ulpoad em to the server im gonna re post these images

That's more like it. I suspect Photobucket resized your images.
