Postby Mictheslik » Sun Oct 17, 2010 5:00 pm

Had my first flying lesson today....really enjoyed it...got a feeling I've acquired another expensive hobby :P

All shots taken on the way back to Liverpool while holding to the south of the Mersey waiting for some airline traffic to land :)

Good to see you're flying with the wings in the correct position vertically, relative to the body of the aircraft  ;D

Hope it goes well  [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

Tomahawks are GREAT trainers ! Lotsa interior room, and good visibility...

And they really teach you to nail airspeeds... the consequences for deviations from things like, Vx/y, Vref, Vbest-glide, are demonstrated well.
