It seems like it may be a reasonable camera, but always always always try before you buy. The numbers alone can't tell you everything about how the camera works and how the images turn out.

The zoom might be just a little bit short. It is a 350mm equivalent on a 35mm sensor, but my lens is up to 480mm equivalent and at times I find that's too short at an air show.
For the price, yeah it seems like it is quite good. But get a feel for the camera before you buy it. Test each ISO mode (as some cameras obliterate the images at high ISO), test the zoom, focusing, etc.
