While on a road trip to Ont and back, I stopped in this wonderful place just outside of Thunder Bay.....I think most people have heard of the man, but not have any idea of how much of an impact this young hero made to an entire nation....

This is how Canadians honour their own ...........

This monument is perched on a bluff overlooking Lake Superior, very near to the area where Terry was sadly found to have cancer developing in his body once more and his "Marathon of Hope" was terminated.........His dream lives on.........

Nice photos.. I was in that very spot during a work trip to Thunder Bay 3 months ago. Hope the Deer flys didn't eat you alive.   :)
