Sopwith Camel Pt2

A few pictures of the progress. The engine mount is on along with the carbs and intake pipes and one of the fuel tanks. A collection of cockpit components can be seen being readied for installation. It is slow going, but very satisfying.

Matt

PS Enjoying this so much I have already bought the next one in the series, an Albatros D.va

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

That's pretty intense!

A fairly insane level of detail.

That's really excellent. Not sure I would have the patience.

It looks like the old Hasegawa kit. Have they started producing them again?

That would be my dream kit, but no (saying that I am working on it, just got to do lots and lots of begging, puppy dog eyes and foot rubbing ;D). The hasagawa kits are 1/8 in scale. This is 1/16.

I don't have much patience with small parts anymore, but that sure is a cool kit. Looking good so far!  8-)
