Looks vey nice Waspi... and you look to have the temperature just right. I'm amazed at how many people slap the meat on when the coals are at a temperature which would turn metal into gas.. then wonder why their sausages are black...  ::)

The sausages and kebabs look yummy... I'm not a fan of 'chops or anything 'on the bone' or things like that.

Burgers and hot dogs are lush BBQ foods though  ;D
