This was the debut of HARS' latest acquisition, the Douglas C-54 (DC-4). After its had been made airworthy it flew down from Archerfield in Brisbane. Looks great in the bare-metal, unfortunetly it didn't fly on the day.
The always popular Dak
Hawker Hunter, almost airworthy but did an engine start and rev to near full power. That Avon engine sure was loud.
