Had Santa bidding online for me... (vinyl lovers take note)

And he did OK. Just what I needed to rip a small pile- and potentially a truckload- of listenable vinyl, at a price I could afford. Thanks, Santa.

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Cool '80's retro!

With the built-in pre amp, do you still need a phono input on the receiver or amp?

The built-in amp is only for moving-coil cartridges. Currently I'm only playing it through my PC, and the Stanton preamp definitely helps "warm it up" a bit. The preset EQ curve duplicates the RIAA curve used when LPs are mastered; really brings out all that the vinyl can offer.

I used to have several master pressings from Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs. Those sounded better than CD's do today.

Looks Cool!!

I'll have to break out my original copy of In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida to play on it!!  :)

Also looks like the Laser Disc player my parents had way back!!
