perfect flying day-last-camcorder stills

Not very good quality, but worth sharing...my camera battery died (the one thing I forgot to address the night before, d'oh!), so I took a few shots with the camcorder.
All taken at Van Sant...

A lovely setting: gliders and Cubs and Champs and Stearmans all over the place.

Would have been nice if this Tiger Moth wasn't parked in the shade all day, but that's good for the ol' gal.

See, that's what I miss in this overregulated little country I live in. No small airfields with old planes like this. Only in the museums...

It's not that much better in the UK. Only a handfull of airfields like the above in my area. :(
