Sunny Summer Sunday at South Side Soaring

Great turnout at the club on Sunday. Lots of laughs and flying to be had, plus a good amount of passer-bys stopping in to see what we were up to.

First off, this Maule comes in to pick up a banner. Poor guy took seven tries to snag it. I'm sure standing there with my camera didn't assuage him.


John heads up with another fellow (whose name escapes me ) in a Tomahawk


First tow of the day went to Sean's friend Faith, with John at the controls. She's smiling, so John musta done something right.


Andy gets set to go up in the 1-26


In the final rays of light on the day, Squid slips the Champ around the 2-33 being prepared for the last flight of the day to an 'acceptable' wheel landing.
