Normally shooting into the sun only produces pictures for the waste bin, however on this occasion I got an effect that you don't see so often. On the way to work, just filling the car up and happened to look up. These where taken at about 06:30, a time when spotting is never on my mind, in fact at the a time of the morning not much is on my mind

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.
