The smaller stuff...a couple of hawks, the boscombe alphajet and a pair of tutors that were great fun...banking all over the valley and taking ages to get to corris....:D

Perfect Mic! But the first one tops it! Love the sense of speed and the cornering... feels like the plane just drops into the image!  :)

Great shots Mic.
It always amuses me when the slower stuff goes through. I can just imagine a Tornado pilot circling overhead, on the radio, "come on, come on. Some of us have places to be" :D

Funnily enough the Warton Tonka was going through the Bwlch as the tutors came through...probably why he decided to come straight at us and pull up on the next pass rather than risk meeting the grobs around Corris (they still hadn't got there by the time he was back :P)

Great clarity and sense of speed on these photos... didn't know the RAF operated Alpha Jets?

They don't...there are 5 or 6 based at Boscombe down and operated by QinetiQ....
