An Unusual Visitor

Saw a B-24 fly over my house yesterday and of course, this isn't the usual air traffic we see around here, so today I decide to pack my camera and head over to Moffett Air Field and see what kind of traffic is sitting there.  As I drove around Hangar 1 to the flight line I was greeted by this behemoth  :o


No doubt it was dropping off gear for NASA.

More on the B-24 later  ;)  I actually got into it, and a B-17 as well  8-)

It's a NASA C-141, she hasn't moved since i moved here (about 6 months ago)


Not sure if it's a trainer or a static....
