what new camera did you buy?

I bought a Canon 50D, a big step up from my 400D. The lens used in this case is the 70-300 IS from Canon. The AF is so snappy now, I can lock on to birds in full flight and get a sharp picture, something I never achieved with the 400D. I'm SOOOO looking forward to the airshow season, even more because I have found a parnter in crime to come with me.

I also invested in my very first white lens, a 70-200 f2.8 L... it's DEVINE! My mouth fell open while using it for the very first time...

The purchase was due, because my girlfriend now inherits my 400D and Sigma lenses so she can get active as concert photographer too.
