I got the frick outta that place as soon as I could...

...went home to visit the folks in GP over Christmas and New Years, friggin' 1 degrees outside with 14 inches of snow...couldn't even move the damn car out of the drive way. :P

I'm not sure if they still do it or not, but back when I was little (like 20 years ago) we used to go to the Dogpatch for all you can eat crab legs...I'm still addicted to crab legs to this day.  The "Snow Rats" (snowmobile gang from Detroit area used to come up every winter and invade the town for a few weeks)

I do miss living there sometimes, but then again, I miss living in Hawaii too.   ;D

I love the way, that in all the adversity of very deep snow, you can still keep your Roads, etc, clear, and running successfully...(Pic 2)... :-*...

...which is more than we can do in England, with 2 inches of snow, (or less), bringing all forms of transport to a grinding standstill!.... >:(...!
