Hang on chaps. Nobody said that lunitic is planning anything illegal. Graffiti is a recognised art form these days. I have to admit that when it's done properly it's very clever.
A bunch of art students has just decorated a dreary pedestrian tunnel in Worthing with graffiti, with the permission of the local council. I'll get some photos next time I'm in the area.
PS. Of course some of the local graffiti artists couldn't resist adding to it.

The problem of recognising graffiti as "art", is it legitimises an act of vandalism. Just because 1% of "artists" get permission, does not mean it should be encouraged.

Is it only true graffiti if it's painted on someone else's property?
Is this art or graffiti? Picasso painting

Other peoples property, that is what it is all about. Graffiti vandals want us all to see their vandalism and get respect from other like minded vandals, thus making it highly unlikely that they will decorate their bedroom wall or ask permission to do it unlike a handful of art students (who don't want to be expelled).
