Heard something about a VC10 on the scanner in the morning, and apparently one had been in the paint shop in the past few days....so was hoping for some action
Unfortunately it was pretty quiet, with a piper doing a couple of circuits before coming in, and the police and ambulance helicopters coming in and out.
In the end I decided to look for a spot I'd seen pictures from on the internet which looks over the Brabazon hangar (now the air livery paintshop) as well as the MK maintenece facility. Unfortunately the brambles were a little too high to get decent shots, but there were three 742s outside, two in MK livery and one in plain white.
