A bit cold

Postby expat » Tue Jan 06, 2009 7:43 am

At work last night, the ramp hit minus 20 degrees C. On the way home, the temperature gauge in the car went even lower. A few miles away, the met office registered minus 26, so I don't think the car was under reading. Anyway minus 23.5 (-10F), cold enough to freeze the parts of a brass monkey.

Dear mister expat... please refer to your BMW-manual on how to raise the temperature of the cabin using the automatic airconditioning!  ;D

Pretty chilly, hope you weren't out on the tarmac all night...

That's a bit nippy....

Between -8 and -10 celsius last night apparently. Hit -17C a few years back when I was in Chicago... I was cold then, so it must be really quite bad to have to work in even colder weather!

Good luck  :-[

Its a balmy 2C here.

If you're out on the ramp with some roadside cones, just try kicking one and see how many pieces it shatters into! ;D  I found this out last year and my foot went right through it.
