Moon Shot

I tested out the the 20X optical zoom the new camera has on the Crescent Moon tonight.

That turned out terrific!  Great detail and sharpness!!

LOL!! You did better than I did- I dragged the telescope onto the roof last night, hoping to try shooting through it with my little camera. It was cold and dry, the moon was perfect, and Jupiter looked promising.

But it was too damn windy!  >:(

I could barely get good focus just looking, let alone taking a picture.

The good news: I could at least get a picture thru the viewfinder, which I couldn't with my other camera.
But they didn't come close to yours... wow!!  8-)
