Christmas turkey

This is how we cooked our Christmas turkey this year. The ol Webber and charcoal...
It really came out good,

Looks very tasty, nicely browned... I see they breed turkeys with onboard thermometers nowadays...  ;D

Just kidding, very necessary for a bird that size I presume...

Can you ship some of the leftovers my way?  My sister-in-law made ribs and ham and I've been drooling for Turkey ever since.
