Unusual Catch

I'm going to guess it's some kind of army modified King Air. Interesting plane. Wonder what purpose it serves. Looks like it's got some extra fuel tanks and some kind of air data sampling stuff on top. Again, just a guess.

I saw one at a local air show, If I remember correct Its a communications aircraft but am really not sure.

I believe the designation is RC-12 or 21 or somethine like that.  I believe it acts as a communications/electronic intelligence type aircraft.  It is basically a King Air 200 full of electronic equipment and covered with all kinds of antennas.
