A tough day in Wales

Postby 61_OTU » Tue Jun 10, 2008 6:30 pm

Hmmmmm........

So mic and I went to Wales today. We arrived at about 11.15 and waited...and waited.....and waited.......

Eventually at 14.50 Mic spotted an aircraft sneaking out of Bala towards us. We got two passes (which was just as well, seriously in need of the practice) in which I failed miserably on most of the shots. I got two sharp ones but chopped bits off the aircraft in each of them  ::)

Here is the best one, reframed to make it look all intentional like  ;D

Next time Mic needs to remember to bring the Tornado magnet, he left it at home this time  ::) ;D ;D

Hehe....nice crop.....;)

Maybe you should just turn your Harrier magnet the other way round, and instead of repelling them attract them for a change ;)

Very nice panning action! Perhaps next time will bring more traffic... or perhaps Mic should run trough the loop flapping his arms, allowing you to practice...  ;D
