i went downtown today to watch the practice

Big radials may be conducive to good competition aerobatic qualities but not aerodynamic! ;)

NICE PIC OF BONHOMME!!!

His plane is definitely the coolest... love those wingtips... Chambliss is a close second.

And MAN what a close race. Chambliss beat Bonhomme in the final by just 0,13 seconds. And Bonhomme had even gotten a time two seconds faster, but not in the final...

As he's said himself, he was flying to aggressively, and that's probably why he didn't win.

But still, he's got a healthy 5 point lead on the Chambliss, Mangold and Arch...
