Hot Air Baloon flight

Postby unknown » Wed May 21, 2008 8:34 am

Here it is! My sixth HAB flight. Our baloon started flight in the Vilnius city park and after 3h flight landed 60km south.Wind was NW 2-4 m/s,temperature about 15C,atmospheric pressure was abut 750mm-ideal weather!

Lovely.......isn't it a bit dangerous crossing that close to the airport though. I know that when they launch from Ashton Court in Bristol they do their best to avoid the wind blowing them over the airport....
