I think that is a -J model, maybe EC-130.

I don't think those are drop tanks, probably have something to do with all the electronics inside, there was also an unusual tail with probes sticking out of it. A very interesting aircraft.

it was the Commando Solo EC130J, had a glass cockpit and the radio comms inside.

My friend's father flies C-5s. During a fire drill at school on Friday, there was a C-130 flying over. My friends all think I am crazy because I can identify them.

Cool shots, as CTA stated, its the electronic warfare C-130J, probably out of the Harrisburg AFRES base.

Were you able to walk through everything?



You could go inside everything, and small planes they had open, and the fighters they had platforms and steps to go up and look inside. Everyone one was very friendly, especially to Penguin Fans.
