Stampe Fly-in - Antwerp - Part V - Old Crow

Not getting tired yet? Almost done with spamming, I promise!

I just love this bird. Somehow no quite as impressive as the Spit, but man is she fast!

The team: middle guy ( right of prop) is the pilot, didn't catch his name, the one in sunglasses would be the technician I presume, the girl on the wing is the girlfriend of the pilot ( gorgeous girl, but she knows it and is quit selfaware), and the guy in white is the Belgian technician that informed me about tr9's misfortune.

To bad the Spit was parked in the middle of the pack, so no nice solitary shots.

how did you get that effect on the 3rd picture? did you just pan the camera with the plane?

Yep, panning while using the stabilisation on my lens ( type II - only vertical movement is stabilised).
