Great pictures, and I do like the 380, but there's  a prettier double-decker that's been flying for a long time now... the B-747. ;) ;D

Most probably it is the waste water from the galleys. A nice brown colour due to unused coffee etc being poured away. Most of the time it is dumped in the toilet, but if a toilet is not located next to the galley, the "girls" tend to just pour it away down the galley sink. They are not supposed to, but the do. I would imagine that the A380 is no different.

Matt

PS, Nice shots.

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

It could just be dirt thrown off the nosewheel: dirty water, molten rubber... ;D

Call me ishmael, you must live somewhere fantastic if you're seeing a380s from Singapore with gear up and flaps down! Some second dimension or something, wow. :-/ :-/

First time I saw the "Whale" was when I was at school and it was flying on approach to KLAX.

Looks ugly from the 6:00 o'clock position doesn't it?
