Without direct cooling on your RAM, I would move your cords around the RAM, just in case...

You have got a couple of serious dust suckers in that box. You might want to think twice about having that tower on the floor.

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

The shots are actually quite deceptive. There is at least a couple of inches clearence and the RAM isn't OC'd. Surely this is OK?

Oh I see what you mean now!

Why does it collect more dust than on the floor?

I can't think of anywhere else to put it as all my desk space is taken up by other stuff! And I don't actually know if the one unit free would be strong enough to handle it, as it isn't exactly light!!
