Postby fulanito_uk » Sun Apr 20, 2008 4:16 pm

Spent some time at Highgate graveyard today, and of course took my camera. Really awesome place to take snaps really moody on an overcast day... aprantly there is even a resident vampire ::)

Did you get to see any of the more "interesting" graves? Some very famous people in there; Marx, Litvinenko, Cruft of Crufts fame, George Eliot etc.

Highgate cemetery is a MUST visit for anybody who comes here to London.. It's the most amazing thought provoking place.

Lovely way of capturing the mood fulanito.  ;)  8-)

No ghosts? We know the real reason you were there, graverobber. ;D ;D ;D Kinda spooky, yet nice in a way.

Beautiful!
I like the dog sculpture.
Reminds me of the line from the song "The Man Who Couldn't Cry", who dies and:

He went up to Heaven, located his dog...

Mr. Sayers had his priorities straight...
