By the end of the day I was lucky enough to get a couple of flights. I didn't get to to take the controls on these, and I didn't really want to, as one of the senior instructors wanted to take me up and do aerobatics with him! :o
... (Nowhere near as extreme as the Pitts but still a lot of fun! :P) He told me to sit in the back so I could get a taste of what it will be like to be a G1 Instructor in the near future... Quite a different ride I can tell you! I tried to gets some pictures during the maneuvers but they didn't come out too well! :-/
