Wind that f number up and get thyself a tripod  ;)  ;D

one has a tripod which is however, inconvenient for taking out on long windy and rainy walks ;)

In addition to the burden of a tripod, if you keep a velcro strap with you, you can wrap the tripod in an extended length and make use of it as a walking aid when climbing to get that one special shot from a higher vantage point.......... 8-)

Please be advised... your lens may be weathersealed, your camera isn't!


I know, I know....remember trying to take pictures of the red arrows at Weston during the summer....standing at the end of a pier in horizontal rain and a gale, trying to use a carrier bag as rain protection :D

just to give the idea....
