These were taken with a one-use waterproof camera, so they're not high quality.
The typical morning fog, seen when we arrived- it had burned off by the time we got to the beach to pick up the kayaks.
Approaching the cliffs, after paddling about a mile... there are numerous caves there, which can be probed with the kayaks if you're careful to watch for waves coming in. there were tons of seagulls, pelicans, and cormorants (?) roosting and nesting on the cliffs.
Every now and then I'd stick the camera in the water to try to get lucky: didn't catch any of the zillions of little leopard sharks near the surf line or a giant black sea bass, but I got one decent shot of some garibaldi.
Lots of sea lions here, as well... they seemed to enjoy posing for everyone.

There were two youngsters play-fighting in the water...
