I take it from your wishful expression you weren't allowed up in any of the amphibs then?

I take it from your wishful expression you weren't allowed up in any of the amphibs then?

The people who own the cub have an amphib Husky aswell, I could've gone in that, but as I'm still way shy of a PPL I would've had to take off from a land strip, then T&G on the loch. Unfortunately money's an issue aswell -

Great shots!  I like the last one the best.  Though the sky is blown out, I think it almost helps the photo.

Things might be looking up. This 182R (G-ESSL) was at Dunsfold on Sunday. I think it's based at Bournemouth. The owners claim that it's the first one in Europe.
