Shots from a walk.

Postby eno » Thu Jun 07, 2007 11:44 am

One of the regular walks that I take with the dog ..... only difference ... A new  Fuji Finepix S5700 which arrived this morning. Nothing quite as sophisticated as some of the regular photo posters but adequate for me. 7.1 mega pixels, 10x optical zoom and plenty of options including fully manual.

Now to the shots.... just some randoms testing some of the features.

There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

Woody is charging about all over the place looking for his ball..... in the perspective shot along the path he'd just disappeared into the undergrowth on the left about half way up the shot... on the camera the shot before shows his backside sticking out.

Great shots, I've been very pleased with our Fuji 5600, the 5700 is a nice progression. I'm particularly impressed with the first Macro shot, nice and sharp and great depth of field, this was quite a challenge with ours....

My last 3 cameras have been Fujis ...... can't fault them for the price. I don't want the hassle of carrying 2 or 3 different lenses but I do want the features of a DSLR .... so it fits the bill perfectly.

Holy sweat- #2 is extraordinary. That would also look great in b&w: a sign of a really nice photo.
