2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

It's no big deal on a common type... but when this happens and you have a very special visitor in front of the lense, one tends to be a little annoyed with oneself...

I have jinxed types... I've yet to take my first decent shot of a DC-10 or MD-11... Somehow they always go wrong...

I had my problem with an F4 last year!! :(
