..and all they got me was this lousy steel drum! ;D

It's very cool. I've always wanted to get one but never really had a need to. Oh well. :)

I've often thought of making one (they really are made from 55-gal. drums, at least the "real" ones are).

This was a 55 gallon drum. They just made it a bit shorter for tourists to take back. :P

And TNCM pics are on their way. ;)

haha nice I bought a small one in a gift shop at STT.  Its pretty sweet.  Its painted red green and yellow.

It would go well with my collection of various musical instruments, which I play... :)...!

Steel Drum:
During construction, I've always been curious as to the effect on the tuning of adjacent sections whilst one section is being hammer-tuned... :o...?
Very clever...;)...!

Paul...You sing, while I play it.... 8-)...!


Similar playing technique to a Vibraphone and Xylophone...(Got both)... ;)...!
