yes these are all photos i've probably taken and posted in the past but I went back for another try as this particular hanger always makes photos tough. I lost again.

Actually the light in that hangar is AWFUL Image

Craig must have got the WB on his camera just right, I got some really orange results last month which PS managed to improve but Craig's look much more natural.

I asked in the other post as well Craig, but what settings were you using? Outside light may have helped a lot as well I suppose, it was very grey and late in the day when I was there.....

With these it was quite dull and grey out but still a fair bit of light, plus it was only around 12 noon.  And yes orange photos are a real pain which is why I like the fact I can go back and keep trying. Some of these unlike the other ones did have flash. The spitfire the mustang and the vampire all did.
The first and last didn't if I remember rightly.
Thank you for the kind comments. :)

There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

Great shots... seems like a very well-lit museum.
The day is always better when you're flying upside down.

it took a lot of messing around with levels and colours in PS to get it like that, I had to whack up the blue quite a lot to tone down the horrible incandescent lights they have. Still, what a nice pair to have nose to nose, I'd love to see a 410 in the air  8-)

Now if only that pesky wall was only 10 feet further back so we could get them both into one shot fully.
