Yay or Nay?

Postby F3Hadlow » Mon Dec 11, 2006 7:26 pm

Just wondering guys, what do you think (honestly) of these two attempts at some form of arty thinking on two of my shots? Trying to learn ways of making normally useless shots into something a bit better, so criticism is valued.

Not bad but after seeing your usual efforts I have to wonder why you need to do it. Well, you asked for an honest opinion. :P :)

It's either a good photo or a bad photo, or with an interesting subject...for what it's worth, I never tweak my posted pix unless there's a contrast issue due to bad light (and poor exposure). Been tempted to do more, but I prefer to see stuff that stands well as is, as a fine photo or just an interesting snapshot.

I'm assuming you took the picture yourself, was it taken from the ground?  That is a magnificent angle.
