A Funny Shot from a bird hide in Wales

Postby Mictheslik » Thu Jun 01, 2006 3:11 pm

Today I went for A day trip into the Brecon Beacons. We visited a nice lake, made even nicer by the occasional RAF Hawk flying over quite low. it was also a nature reserve.

General picture of the lake:

We decided to go to the bird hide to see any wildlife, and discovered a log book to help the owners of the reserve. in it we found quite an amusing page.

Poor kid, he was only doing what Darwin did when he discovered his new species of Fog and Dragon fyl...Draw pictures;

Some of these bird spotters need to lighten up!

And they should have noticed this kid has obviously discovered an amazing new species of frog...and that dragonfly looks like some sort of flying snake. Kid's got a bright future as a field biologist.  ;D
