This thread will serve as a container for all other threads with WOH photos.

READ THIS!!!

Keep all comments about the following topics in this thread!  Do not reply to those threads; only this thread!

This is so that the Wings Over Houston threads don't flood the boards too much, to keep the confusion to a minimum and so that any conversaton may be easily followed.  At this quantity, a bit of flooding is inevitable.  My apologies.

The pictures:

Part I here.
Part II here.
Part III here.
Part IV here.
Part V here.
Part VI here.
Part VII here.

Message changed after reply #6.

Original Title: Wings Over Houston

Original Message: No photos... yet.  Basically, right now this is only a question if y'all want all the photos, or simply the best of the best.  I've just spent the last two hours in Photoshop scanning, correcting levels, saving and I can't take anymore!  80 pictures so far.  I will post in increments and this will be the master thread.  So what say ye?

I took close on 900 shots (JPEG) at RIAT 2004 (albeit i since 'mislaid' a 100)!

As long as there of a decent standard and not atrocious then feel free to post loads, besides with the amount of crap I've subjected you guys here to I can hardly argue anyway ;)

Beat me...at RIAT 2004 I went home with 1547 photos taking from 9:30am till 5:00pm.  :D It was my first 'digital' year...now I kinda wait my moment before I press the shutter, resulting in less quantity but more quality.

You were there too?  I went in the afternoon on saturday.  Id love to see the pics!  My dad got some, but he barely got any statics as he only brought the zoom lens (it was hilarious when he tried to get a pic of the B-52, he was like 100 feet away, and the pic turned out great, but its hard to imagine how far away he was lol)

No, this is Wings Over Houston 2001 & 2003!  You can tell I haven't been looking foward to scanning all these. :D ;)

80 is 2001 and 2003's aerial display.  Then comes all the detail shots post-show.  But y'all really have me beat!  I would guess I have maybe 300 shots.  Probably less.  It looks and weighs like 500 though! :o :P

Needless to say this is what caused me to go digital.

I will be posting th next batch of photos soon.  I say again: DO NOT post in those threads!  Keep all comments here!  This is so that my threads will disappear into the next page as soon as possible, and thus not flood the board.

PS: I'm going to let my first 7 threads die down a little before I build upon this. ;)

I'd like to make them bigger, but as it is, I'm already taking up a lot of space!  I'd be more than happy to send anyone any amount of the full size pictures. :) I suppose I could make 'em bigger but wouldn't I be pushing everyone else's topics back onto the second page?

What are they using for those "fun" explosions? Do they actually use live ammo? Napalm?  ;D

Great series! Lots of variation in the sky!

Liking the pics so far!

Oh, and in WoH 2003 II, it's a Hawker Sea Fury and not a Tempest ;) :D
