The Glory Years - Who's For Trains.. - Part 1

Just thought I'd post some shots of my new Hornby 00 Gauge model railway that im currently building.
There not in any specific order, but bare in mind the layout is still under construction so certain areas feature 'bare patches'.

I'll post more pics if people like them. :)

Very impressive. I was never into model railways but I like the real thing. Must try to get to see some this year.

PS. I heard some disturbing news about Health & Safety regulations affecting railway preservation societies. Hope there's no truth in it or we soon won't be able to do anything worthwhile. ::)

Those are amazing...if only I could afford these things...I don't even know how much they'll cost or how much room they'll take.... ;)

They look like Thomas the Tank Engine sets ;D

Very nice. After many, many years away from this hobby I've just started work on my own model railway. Long way to go yet but I hope it turns out as well as yours looks. :)
