BTW, what kind of tele are you using? Looks like you're standing on the tarmac!

Missed this question on my last post, so I'll answer it now. I'm only using 300mm (at most) for those, the reason being is that the Visitors parking area is right at the edge of the base (rather than inside it) so you can get right alongside it (albeit behind the perimeter fence) and can get good close up shots of them parked up through the mesh :)

Great Steve!!! Between you and Doug I think this coming airshow season is going to be a blast here in the photos forum (just as well as I'm a loooong way from the nearest airshow, maybe I'll go to some of the Croatian ones!).
