No way dave, I highly doubt thats an airtractor.  Its clearly an agricultural plane, but the Airtractor has a low wing.

It is most likely a Schweizer/Grumman Ag-Cat. Grumman designed the prototype, but they were produced by Schweizer (the sailplane people).
