My first astrophoto

Well I felt left out. I am a very, very, very begining astronomer, (about three days now ::)) so of course I don't have all the bells and whistles as other guys here do, so all I'm doing is taking my point and shoot and seeing if I can't get some shots off.

My post- notice the crappy telescope.. :P Also I'm using the septic tank cover as a base because it is the least mushy. Above ground, anyway.

The moon rises in about three hours so I'll try and get some shots of that. :)
