Now for my Piece de Resistance. I can't believe I haven't posted this one before.


Just a few reasons I like Old Warden so much. If you've never been, why not?

Charlie or HawkerTempest will know but I thought there was another one under restoration at Duxford.

Aye. The former Autokraft example was very close to flying (a year or so away) up in Lincolnshire somewhere (Gamston or Sandtoft). Kermit Weeks has a Tempest V under restoration with PPS at Booker...

The non airworthy Duxford example is in the states now I think, and I think that TFC's Sea Fury found its way to Duxford in return for the Tempest II for the RAF Museum...
